A bit of quick blending yields a delicious breakfast that would be pretty acceptable as a dessert too.

For the Smoothie
  1. 1 frozen banana {peeled and sliced}
  2. 1 cup coconut cream
  3. 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  4. 1 tbsp maple syrup
For the Topping
  1. 2 tbsp roughly chopped raw almonds
  2. 2 tbsp blueberries
Instructions
  1. Blend bananas, coconut cream, cocoa powder and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Transfer smoothie to a serving bowl.
  3. Top smoothie with chopped almonds and blueberries
Notes
  1. Replace frozen fruit with fresh fruit and add 2 to 4 ice cubes to blender.
