Hello Goodbye Cake

This was the first little layer cake that I baked for Cupcake Richard Cake Shop. A coconut layer cake, bursting at the seams.

The decision to stop production at Cupcake Richard wasn’t an easy one, but new adventures are just around the corner. Even though I do feel the familiar sadness that goes together with saying goodbye to something, I am incredibly happy to be able to continue Cupcake Richard’s journey, just along a different path.There will be some changes around here, including more focus on creating a {hopefully beautiful} vegan and gluten free baked goods recipe collection. And thanks to your continued kind support and feedback, there will also be some workshops in the near future. Something that I am very excited about. Thank you for being a part of what makes every day special.
