For the Smoothie
  1. 1 frozen banana {peeled and sliced}
  2. ½ frozen mango {peeled and cubed}
  3. 3 frozen pineapple slices / wedges
  4. ½ cup coconut cream
  5. 2 tbsp coconut water
For the Topping
  1. 1-2 fresh mango slices
  2. 1-2 fresh pineapple slices
  3. 1 fresh granadilla
  4. 1 tbsp raw almonds
  5. 1 tsp sunflower seeds / flax seeds
For the Smoothie
  1. Blend bananas, pineapple, mango, coconut cream and coconut water until smooth.
  2. Transfer smoothie to coconut half {used as a bowl}.
For the Topping
  1. Top smoothie with pineapple and mango slices, fresh granadilla pulp, almonds and seeds, as desired.
Notes
  1. If you replace frozen fruit with fresh fruit, just add 2 to 4 ice cubes to blender.
