Grilled Banana Pancakes with Salted Chocolate Sauce

We celebrate Heritage Day on the 24th of September in South Africa.

It’s become a bit of a tradition to barbecue {braai} food on this day. I’m not very good at barbequing, but I do love to grill fruit. So we celebrated with these grilled banana pancakes. I served it with a salted chocolate sauce that you have to try at least once before you die. Happy Heritage Day!
